Fixed Legal Fee
The price you’re quoted is the price you pay. Every provider on our panel is required to honour the fixed legal fee you were given, and if anything genuinely unforeseen comes up, you’ll be told and talked through it before any extra charge is added, never after.
No Move, No Fee
If your sale or purchase doesn’t complete, you don’t pay your solicitor’s legal fee for the work they’ve done. It applies from day one of instruction, and it’s covered whether you’re buying, selling, or remortgaging.
Search Rebate
If your purchase falls through after you’ve paid for searches, and you buy somewhere else with us, you get £75 off the searches on that next property. Unlike most schemes like this, it isn’t a one-time thing, it keeps applying if it happens again.
